Brown Hornet

1979 Brown Hornet: Originally Created For Radio Broadcast as an African American version of the “Green Hornet”.

Before being made for television, the Brown Hornet’s character concept was reworked into a space faring parody of Space-Ghost. Although he always managed to save the day with his sidekicks Tweeterbell and Stinger, Brown Hornet could at times be classified as ‘Bumbling’. Like most cartoons of the time he promoted positive social values which normally underpinned the episodes in which he appeared.

This vintage hero existed in a show “The Brown Hornet” within the classic animated TV series “Fat Albert”.
